Nice quiet apartment in a lovely quiet area Positive: Lovely apartment Negative: No bedding for sofa bed as promised as cleaner not told to provide it. No instructions on how to switch on hot water so had freezing showers the first morning before we found out how to switch on hot water booster via google. No instructions on where to find extractor fan for shower room so took ages to find it!

Positive: Clean and airy. Negative: Having no milk to make a cuppa!

Broken front door and poor communication - major safety issue. Negative: The property is not fit / safe for rental. The front door handle is missing, so once inside the flat we were locked in. The minimal instructions (sent on email the morning of check in) on how to open the door in this state were incorrect. This led to HUGE distress as we could not get out of the flat. This is a HUGE safety risk in the event of a fire (the fire certificates on the wall are incidentally out of date). The owners of the property are now not responding to our messages.

Positive: The location was fantastic for the Utilitia arena as only 5 mins walk, a great pub opposite and the apartment was spacious and clean. Negative: The door handle was broken, the bathroom needs some tlc as leaks into the bedroom, I believe there was meant to be a selection of coffee pods but there was none and is titled as canal views but overlook a road. Although these are some faults I would still use again.

Positive: Great location. Smart place Negative: There was no door handle to leave the property. Might have been somewhat of an issue in a fire
